Is VR Feasible in Business?
A few weeks ago our MD Martin, Head of Design Gemma and Product Manager Ryan had a ‘working’ day out to London’s VR World Conference.
With an open mind and enthusiasm for VR, the Roller team went to explore the potential for VR in business and enterprise apps.
Whilst its place in mobile entertainment seems secured, with the likes of Sky creating a VR TV app and Sony incorporating the technology into their Playstation VR, it’s clear that its found its place within larger companies digital strategies.
VR for Small Businesses
There’s a lot of businesses under the misapprehension that the new technology is only beneficial to large brands with big budgets to spend. We believe the contrary to be true.
With the introduction of the Google Daydream platform, its becoming more accessible and more purse friendly for a wider audience range.
For SME’s VR can now be used as a vital asset to a digital strategy and marketing tool. Bringing SME’s to a brand new untapped audience using a cutting edge technology to do so could really set a business above its competitors.
Incorporating VR Into Your Creative Strategy
Incorporating VR into your strategy may feel like a daunting task at first but this is where we come in. Our team of developers and designers are eager to get going on another VR project, and the strategic thinking of our account managers will make sure your product fits closely with your current brand, bringing you to a new digital audience.
VR is available to suit every industry and business area, from simple 360° videos to showcase your company and it’s services, to creating a game, there’s a possibility for each business.
